In this week's edition of The Weekend Wrap, where KickOff looks at some of the weekend's big talking points, we have Monnapule Saleng watching from the stands as Orlando Pirates secured a big win, Mamelodi Sundowns in drama, and Kaizer Chiefs falling to defeat.
Sulking Saleng?
Pirates proved their continental pedigree with a convincing 3-0 victory over Stade d'Abidjan at Orlando Stadium on Saturday with goals from Relebohile Mofokeng, Patrick Maswanganyi, and Deon Hotto.

They now sit top of Group C.
Notably, the side was once again without star man Saleng, who was spotted by cameras casting a forlorn figure in the stands during the celebrations for the third goal.
So far, head coach Jose Riveiro has attributed the winger's limited game-time so far this season to personal reasons, but that has done little to stop the debate on social media platforms as to the reason behind the player's continued absence.
Saleng is not short of suitors both locally and abroad, and with the transfer window in full swing, the Soweto giants may have to brace for another fight to keep hold of the 2022/23 PSL Players' Player of the Season.

Nay' le walk (of shame)!
Meanwhile, Sundowns suffered their first defeat under new coach Miguel Cardoso, a disastrous 1-0 loss to Raja Casablanca in a match marred by controversy in a Morocco.
They ended the encounter with nine players after both Bathusi Aubaas and Khuliso Mudau were shown straight red cards for separate incidents.
Despite the defeat, the Tshwane giants remain second in Group B behind AS FAR but face pressure from third-placed Raja in their quest to qualify for the knockout stages.

Ertugral back to haunt Chiefs
Chiefs suffered a third loss in five fixtures as Cape Town City collected a much-needed 1-0 win on Sunday.
The defeat means the Naturena-based outfit miss out on the chance to break into the top five, instead remaining stuck in seventh place, behind SuperSport United.
Worryingly, the result means Amakhosi have won just four of their 11 Betway Premiership matches so far.
