Paris Saint-Germain star Achraf Hakimi has revealed why he lets his mother control all of his finances.
The Moroccan famously kept all of his fortunes after going through a divorce with ex-wife Hiba Abouk in 2023, because none of the wealth he has been accumulating during his time as a professional footballer was in his name.

The right back has no properties or money under his name and instead, all of his fortunes are under his mother's name.
During an interview with entrepreneur Anas Bukhash, which was uploaded to YouTube, the former Real Madrid star revealed that his mother managed his money way before getting married.
"Since the beginning of my career, my mother has managed my finances. She is my pillar, my inspiration, and above all, the person in whom I have absolute trust," the 26-year-old stated per Afrik Foot.
"I had no experience with money. My mother took over so that I could concentrate on my game," he added.
The player went on to confirm that doing this was never due to the possibility of a divorce, as some may have suspected.
"This situation existed well before my marriage to Hiba Abouk.
"It is not a question of economic strategy, but a question of values ??and respect for the one who has always been there for me ."
"It is important to remember that decisions related to my family should not be misinterpreted," Hakimi added.
