With Percy Tau having left Al Ahly, it is now confirmed that the club has already handed the iconic number 10 shirt to a new signing.
The number 10 shirt is widely considered to be an important jersey, as it is often worn by one of the most significant players in any given team.

Impressively, Tau was trusted with the no.10 shirt at Al Ahly, an iconic number previously worn by former club legends such as Mohamed Sherif and Emad Meteb.
With Tau having joined Qatar SC this month, it has not taken the Egyptian giants long to find a new owner for the shirt.
Last week, the club confirmed the signing of Slovenia international Nejc Gradišar in a deal worth €1.05 million (R20.4 million) from Hungarian side Fehérvár FC, according to Transfermarkt.
It has also been confirmed that the new striker has been given the no.10 shirt, which was left vacant by Tau.
Gradišar has already announced himself at the club, scoring on Sunday during the Red Devils' 2-2 draw against Pyramids FC in the Egyptian Premier League.
The 22-year-old signed a deal until June 2029, which could set him on course to be the longest holder of the Al Ahly no.10 jersey since Meteb, who wore it from 2014/15 to 2017/18.
Tau, meanwhile, did not feature for his new club Qatar SC during their recent 1-0 win over Al Sadd.
