Orlando Pirates head coach Jose Riveiro has opened up on the penalty decision against Kaizer Chiefs in the Soweto Derby.
Pirates reduced the deficit behind log-leaders Mamelodi Sundowns to just three points in second spot thanks to a last-minute penalty converted by Patrick Maswanganyi.
The decision obviously came with a bit of disagreement from Chiefs, after Njabulo Blom pulled Mofokeng in the box.

When asked if he saw the foul, Riveiro told SuperSport, "Not really (watched replays), I watched now in the bench in the monitor.
"It's difficult to say, I'm not gonna say anything, if the referee says it's a penalty in extra-time, it must be very clear.
The Spanish coach did claim that his side were full value for the victory on the day.
"To create most clear chances, to put the goalkeeper in trouble and yeah we had to work hard for the points, we had to and we did it," he added.
"I think we had clear chances especially in the first-half, with Tshego (Mabasa), (Evidence) Makgopa as well, Hotto gave us a different dimension in the last minutes. These games are not usually tight, no good football, not many chances," the Spanish coach continued.
"We had a beautiful derby last season a few months ago but it's not usual to see these kind of games. Today it was more tight but I think I'm fair today to say my team deserves the three points."
