Deon Hotto keeps justifying his importance at Orlando Pirates after moving into double figures for his goals and assists contribution for the third of the five seasons that he has spent at the club.
When tasked with putting in the work when the team is without the ball, he gladly accepts the responsibility by pressing in all his zones.

Then, with the ball at his feet, he offers options and plenty energy moving up the flank, further exhibiting how much of an honest hard worker he is.
His input in attack is evident on his goals and assists contribution, which are now at a combined 10 this season.
There is never any reason to question his commitment to the job on the field.
On Wednesday evening against Sekhukhune United, Hotto delivered a goal and an assist without caring a bit about the positional change.
The first was a clever dead ball execution, then with the second planted his cross perfectly onto the head of Makhehlene Makhaula.
It is now five goals and five assists for the man whose fitness defies the fact that he turns 35 this year.
Over his time at Pirates, Hotto has played 194 games with a return of 26 goals and 35 assists.
This irons out to an average of either a goal or an assist with every three games he plays.
This he has done as an all-purpose man who plays left-back, left-wing, or left-midfield depending on the formation, and on some occasions on the right flank or even up front.
Hotto has not had minutes in only 15 matches since his arrival at Pirates in September 2020.
Just last week, he spoke about how the team is challenging for the league this season.
"When we were in Spain during pre-season, our first objective was always the league, so we just need to dig deep and keep our heads up.
"Every match for us is a final.
"We have the group to win this league this season.

"The most important thing for us is to be consistent and just pull in the same direction as we are doing now because with the talent that we are having with the young boys coming in, you can see they are helping us a lot.
"The confidence that I have in that we will definitely challenge for the league this season shows from the number of games that we have already played this season," said Hotto.
