South African star Cassius Mailula has seemingly done enough to impress Wydad Athletic Club, with the Moroccan giants reportedly looking to make his stay permanent.
According to Le Siteinfo, the Red Castle are working towards securing the permanent signatures of both Mailula and Mehdi Mubarak, who are currently on loan from Toronto FC and Al Ain FC.

The club is understood to be keen to retaining both players following their impressive displays this season, with head coach Rulani Mokwena pushing for their continued presence in the squad.
Mailula has become a crucial part of Mokwena's plans and is considered an essential figure in the side's setup.
Wydad are said to hold the option to trigger the purchase clause in Mubarak's loan deal, while a similar arrangement exists for Mailula, whose current loan spell runs until 31 July.
The 22-year-old forward featured in the side's 2-0 victory over Hassania Union Sport Agadir on Sunday, which also marked the debut of compatriot Thembinkosi Lorch.
The win keeps Wydad in the race to secure continental football next season, as they currently sit fourth in the Botola Pro 1 with 36 points from 20 matches, just one point behind second-placed AS FAR and RCA Zemamra.
A top-two finish remains well within reach for the Casablanca-based club.
