The 26-year-old made nine appearances in the Betway Premiership and was often used as left-back by coach Nasreddine Nabi.
Ditlhokwe was thrown straight into the deep end for his debut, as he played 90 minutes as Al-Ittihad defeated Abu Salem 3-0 on Thursday night.
The win took Al-Ittihad up to third spot in Group 3 of the Libyan Premier League.
Al-Ittihad will be back in action on 6 March when they travel to Al-Tirsana, who currently sit in the bottom half of the table.
