Marumo Gallants' official appointment of Abdeslam Ouaddou as their new head coach is down to the completion of his paperwork.
With the issuing of his work permit, Ouaddou will then be able to sit on the bench for Gallants, who parted ways with Dan Malesela last week.

Gallants currently have Duncan Lechesa and Sundra Govinder as caretaker coaches.
The pair worked as assistants to Malesela, who was on to his third stint with the club after rejoining at the beginning of the season.
Ouaddou has now agreed to take over and has been at the club's training sessions since Friday.
The Moroccan Frenchman arrives with considerable experience having taken charge of Congolese club AS Vita in his last job.
He has also coached in Benin, Morocco, Algeria, and France.
Having played for Fulham, he has good command of English, making communication no issue.

The task at hand for him at Gallants is to move the club away from the relegation danger, which could start with a match against Orlando Pirates on Saturday at the Free State Stadium pending the issuing of his work permit.
Gallants have not won in the league for five games but are through to the quarterfinals of the Nedbank Cup.
