With Benni McCarthy said to have already included Moeneeb Josephs and Vasili Manousakis in his backroom staff for the Kenya national team, it is now reported that the South African tactician will also welcome another addition to his technical team.
There have been videos circulating of McCarthy arriving in Nairobi, Kenya, on Thursday ahead of his impending formal unveiling.
The former Manchester United striker's coach was seen arriving in the Kenyan capital along with Josephs, who is believed to be the nation's new goalkeeper coach.

It is reported that Manousakis will serve as the assistant coach, while one or two additions could be made to strengthen the technical staff.
According to Flashscore, an unnamed official of the Kenya Football Federation (FKF) has revealed that they are in the process of appointing Kenyan coach Nicholas Muyoti as part of McCarthy's backroom staff.
Muyoti has previously coached Nairobi City Stars, and he will aid McCarthy in getting to grips with football in Kenya.
"It is a done deal, Benni (McCarthy) will be the new coach for Kenya. He will officially arrive in Nairobi on Thursday, and the unveiling ceremony will be held on Friday at a venue to be disclosed in due course," the source, who did not want to be named, told Flashscore.
"The main reason why his appointment has dragged is because we had issues securing a work permit for him and the rest of the bench, but now we have sorted everything. We have managed to get work permits for the coach and his assistants, and we have also finalised the duration of the contract.
"While he will come with his technical staff, we will add one or two local coaches to his technical staff, and so far, I can confirm that Nicholas (Muyoti) will join the technical team. He is one of those who were targeted for the role, and he will come in as one of the assistants to support the new technical bench."
McCarthy will reportedly be in the dugout when the Harambee Stars play The Gambia and Gabon in the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers in late March.
