The South African tatcician admitted he was disappointed to only walk away with a point from Friday's clash.
"Nahdet Berkane, with Moeen Chaabani, was able to deal with our style well, and we made a number of changes, but we were unable to achieve the result we wanted." Mokwena said after the game, as per LeSiteSportInfo.
"We wanted to win, and this match is better than the match against the Meknes club, but in truth, I wanted the team, and I feel disappointed."
The former Mamelodi Sundowns coach also admitted that the club are still rebuilding after losing some big names.
"Wydad is very different from the previous one. It is a new project and a rebuilding, after all the previous players left the team," he added.
"I knew Wydad well when I was the coach of Mamelodi Sundowns, and Wydad lost good players like Yahya Jabrane and Yahya Attiyat Allah.
