It is no doubt Nasreddine Nabi will endear himself deep into the hearts of the Kaizer Chiefs family if he ends the trophy drought by lifting the Nedbank Cup.
With Chiefs through to the quarterfinals of the Nedbank Cup, it only means three wins in this competition and the misery of the decade-long wait for silverware will be over.

"We have to play both sides, the difference is not big between our position and third," responded Nabi when asked about chasing a continental ticket via a third-place finish or lifting the Nedbank Cup.
"There is only three points.
"It is largely still in our hands.
"For the cup, we have to do everything.
"It is Kaizer Chiefs.
"It doesn't mean that it is only about the possibility of going back to CAF (Confederation Cup) through the Nedbank.
