Siyabonga Ngezana's journey in the UEFA Europa League journey came to an end on Thursday night after FCSB's heavy defeat to Olympique Lyonnais.
The Red and Blues were knocked out of the tournament after being defeated 4-0 by the Ligue 1 outfit in the Round of 16 match at the Groupama Stadium.

Lyon won this tie 7-1 on aggregate after sweeping aside FCSB with a 3-1 scoreline in the first leg at the National Arena Stadium last week on Thursday.
The result in France saw Ngezana and the Romanian giants bow out of the tournament, ending their chances of advancing to the UEFA Europa League quarterfinals.

Ngezana and his teammates will now focus on the league as they strive to defend the Romanian Superliga and qualify for next year's UEFA Champions League.
Conversely, Lyon will face off against English Premier League powerhouse Manchester United in the quarterfinals.
