Just days after Richards Bay FC had a transfer ban imposed, FIFA has again come down on yet another local club for the second consecutive week.
Richards Bay were handed a three-window transfer ban last week for a case relating to Kenyan footballer Ovella Ochieng, who spent six months at the club at the beginning of last year.

Ochieng arrived at Richards Bay from Township Rollers, where he had moved after another similar case ended at FIFA following his exit from Marumo Gallants.
Gallants ultimately paid him over half-a-million rands and avoided a transfer ban.
After winning his case which was handled by sports lawyer Evert de Bruyn, the Kenyan was set to be paid his dues, but Richards Bay ignored the order and will now not be able to make any player registrations for three windows.
Richards Bay are not yet safe from the drop.
Royal AM is the other DStv Premiership still banned by FIFA for related issues involving Samir Nurkovic and Ricardo Nascimento, while BTM Sports, Free State Stars, Royal Eagles and Witbank Spurs are the other South African clubs listed as banned.
This website can confirm that Motsepe Foundation Championship club JDR Stars have also been handed a transfer ban.
JDR Stars have been added to the latest list of clubs banned from signing players by FIFA.
Their three-window ban came into effect on April 17 and relates to Cameroonian striker Auguste Junior Boum Somlaga, who was at the club three years ago.

Somlaga took his case up to FIFA after money-related issues at JDR Stars relating to his contract that was started on a monthly salary of R40 000 gross plus signing-on fees.
The 25-year-old is now without a club after leaving Indian side Kenkre FC in June last year.
