Three PSL clubs remain 'handcuffed' and unable to move in the transfer window market space following the latest update from FIFA.
Last week, Richards Bay FC were freed after paying Ovella Ochieng the R230 000 which had left them with a three-window sanction since April 15.

However, for the trio of JDR Stars, TS Galaxy and Royal AM, they are still unable to register any new players as they remain banned.
JDR's three-window ban came into effect on April 17 and relates to Cameroonian striker Auguste Junior Boum Somlaga, who lasted six months before moving to Indian club Kenkre FC.
Boum Somlaga's case was taken with to FIFA after money-related issues at JDR Stars, who signed him from Cameroonian club Panthere Sportive du Nde three years ago.
FIFA ordered Stars to pay USD35 000 (approx. R635 000).
His agent has confirmed that they are still awaiting payment from JDR Stars.
TS Galaxy have their own three-window ban (since June 12) and will have to pay Ivorian striker Bernard Yao Kouassi in the region of USD98 000 (approx. R1,7 million) to have the ban lifted.
With the case having reached CAS, Tim Sukazi, the Galaxy chairman, has indicated that they will settle the debt to be able to register the new players that the club has reportedly signed, who include Victor Letsoalo and Siphesihle Maduna.
Kouassi now plays for Rivers United in Nigeria and has told this website that he is still waiting.
Royal AM have two bans relating to Samir Nurkovic and Ricardo Nascimento.
The ban relating to Nascimento came into effect on January 15 for an amount in the region of R600 000, which the club has indicated they will pay.
Nascimento has since moved back home to Brazil, where he is now awaiting his payment.

Nurkovic's matter – which involves millions of rands – has dragged to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).
BTM Sports FC, Free State Stars, Royal Eagles and Witbank Spurs are the other clubs with bans, though they are now either defunct or playing in the amateur ranks.
