Both teams have already secured qualification for the quarter-finals, with the Buccaneers sitting at the top of the group on 11 points and Al Ahly in second place with 10 points.
During their previous meeting at Orlando Stadium, the match ended goalless, as both teams settled for a draw.
Now, according to Egypt 20, the Soweto giants have notified their opponents that they will arrive in Egypt on Thursday.
The report adds that after being informed of Pirates' expected arrival, Al Ahly officials are undertaking plans to give the visitors a very warm reception.
It stated that Al Ahly officials were particularly pleased with how Pirates treated them when they travelled to South Africa in December 2024, and they are eager to return the favour.
Elsewhere, it is reported that Al Ahly's boss could be facing a selection dilemma ahead of the Pirates game, as he might be without his leading marksman Wessam Abou Ali.
According to reports, the Palestinian striker fainted on the plane after Al Ahly's Champions League match against Stade d'Abidjan and was later diagnosed with fatigue by the team's medical department.
As a result, Al Ahly have officially confirmed that Ali will not feature in their league game against El Gouna on Wednesday night, as he is in a race against time to be fully fit for the Pirates clash.
