Cristiano Ronaldo has now become embroiled in an off-pitch scandal after a woman claimed the Portuguese superstar cheated on his partner with her.
A Venezuelan blogger, named as only Georgilaya, has insisted that she slept with the Al Nassr star at the Solverde hotel in Vila Nova de Gaia, northern Portugal, last year.

According to the Daily Mail, the woman claims their encounter occurred during an international break while the striker was on A Selecao duty preparing for the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar when he sent her a text message inviting her up to his hotel room.
Georgilaya stated that while that their relations were consensual, she felt used after the encounter.
"When I read the message, I thought that if I went there we would just talk, get to know each other better, maybe I could get some more photos," she said, per The Sun.
"I didn't think that, in that situation, there would be sex. The fact is, it happened.
"It was consented on my part, but despite that I felt manipulated, by the fame and power of Cristiano Ronaldo."
Ronaldo, who has been with his partner Georgina Rodriguez for nearly six years, has denied the allegations, with his spokesperson declaring that the claims are "false and defamatory".
In a video on Instagram, Georgilaya seemingly contradicted her earlier claim, saying: "Cristiano Ronaldo came to my room where they [the Portuguese national team] were in the same hotel.
"He came to my room on the third floor... do you understand me?
"In no moment did I say that I went to the room of Cristiano Ronaldo."

The South American lady, who was also pictured posing for a picture with the former Manchester United centre-forward on the day in question, has denied that her claims were a shot at fame.
"I have made it clear, I'm not crazy, nor hungry [for fame]. I already had followers. Be careful with that. I already had followers," she added.
Ronaldo has had a good start to life in Saudi Arabia with his new club Al Nassr, having scored eight goals in just six matches across all competitions.
