A fourth former FC Barcelona star could now be nearing a reunion with Lionel Messi in the US after his manager confirmed that talks over his potential exit are underway.
Messi and Sergio Busquets made their long-awaited debut for Inter Miami on the weekend, with the former's last-minute free-kick ensuring a sensational 2-1 victory over Cruz Azul in the 2023 Leagues Cup.

Jordi Alba, however, is yet to make his first appearance for the side after he was unveiled last Friday, but his arrival may not be the last from Barca's list of former icons.
Luis Suarez's name has been mooted as a possible signing for the Florida club on several occasions, with co-owner Jorge Mas having previously stated the striker is being considered by the club in line with Messi's transfer.
The Argentine and the Uruguayan have tight-knit relationship on and off the pitch, with the pair having combined for a staggering 406 goals during their six seasons together at the Camp Nou.
Suarez signed a two-year contract with Brazilian club Gremio earlier this year, but he could now leave just seven months into his deal with a view to reuniting with his good friend Messi in Miami.
The head coach of the Brazilian outfit, Renato Gaucho, has revealed that the 36-year-old's future is beyond his control, with the ex-Liverpool talisman now believed to be in discussions with the Gremio hierarchy over a potential departure.
"[Luis] Suarez is now a problem that is in the president's hands. They are exchanging ideas," Gaucho said, per Spanish outlet Diario Sport.
"As a coach I have to focus on leading the team. Seems like a Mexican soap opera that should end now. Until August 2 I'm quiet, then we'll see how we continue.
"Of course we want Suarez to stay. I can't vouch for him. I know what he thinks and what the club thinks.
"For now, he has been talking to the board and the president."

It is further claimed that Suarez is willing to pay out the remainder of his Gremio deal in order to join up with Messi at Inter Miami.
