Portugal boss Roberto Martinez has reportedly made a big call on Cristiano Ronaldo ahead of the next international break.
The Portuguese forward caused a stir at the 2022 FIFA World Cup when he reacted angrily to being taken off in a group stage tie against South Korea.
Then A Selecao head coach Fernando Santos proceeded to start the striker on the bench for the remaining matches.
Following the World Cup, Santos parted ways with the national team job and was replaced by former Belgium boss Roberto Martinez.
