Six match officials have been punished after they awarded 42 minutes of added time during a recent game.
According to ESPN, the Bolivian football federation has suspended six match officials for adding an excessive amount added time, which saw the game stretch from the regular 90 minutes to 132 minutes of play.
The bizarre incident took place in the Bolivian topflight on Monday in a match between Atletico Palmafor and Blooming, with the former claiming a 3-2 over their opponents in the end.

The match was later revised by country's refereeing commission and it was decided that referee Julio Gutierrez and his team of the officials had acted improperly.
The game was initially set to be played last Saturday, however, it was postponed to Monday due to a television strike in the country. With heavy rain pouring prior to kick-off earlier this week, officials decided that the fixture would get underway as planned.
Palmafor got a 2-0 lead and seemed close to victory before Blooming pulled one back in the 85th minute. The goal prompted a lengthy VAR check for a possible offside and was validated after a 17-minute review.
The referee surprised everyone when he added 30 minutes of stoppage time instead of the expected 17. There were more stoppages in that extra half hour, as Blooming got an equaliser and had two of their players sent off after a brawl.
Palmaflor eventually scored a third as the clock showed '90+38' to give the home side a 3-2 win. The club's top executive and Bolivia's former head of state Evo Morales said he was happy to see his team win despite "suspicious officials".
In Twitter post, Blooming said that the officials put its players under heavy risk of injury due to "excessive added time."
