CONFIRMED: Every country qualified for Euro 2024 so far

As many as 17 teams have already secured their qualification for the 2024 UEFA European Championship, but while the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo and Kylian Mbappe will feature at the showpiece, Erling Haaland will not be going to the tournament in Germany.

With the qualifying stages nearing its completion, the top two teams from each group will earn the right to participate in the competition next year.

While the qualifiers have not yet concluded, nations such as Cristiano Ronaldo's Portugal, England, France, Spain, the Netherlands and others have already got their hands on a spot in the 17th edition of the quadrennial European Championship.

Germany earned automatic qualification as the host nation to what will be their 14th appearance in the competition, having won it three times in 1972, 1980 and 1996.

Spain, with their youthful side, topped Group A after winning seven of their eight matches. The three-time European champions lost only to Scotland, who have also qualified with a second-place finish.

There was heartbreak for Haaland and Arsenal captain Martin Odegaard, though. Following Norway's 3-3 draw with the Scots on the weekend, they can no longer qualify for the tournament next year.

France, meanwhile, are set to take on Greece on Tuesday in what will be their final qualifier. They are yet to suffer a defeat in this campaign and have conceded only one goal while scoring 27 times.

Les Bleus put an astonishing 14 goals past Gibraltar on Saturday, with Kylian Mbappe bagging a hat-trick in the process. The Paris Saint-Germain star amassed nine goals and four assists during qualifying and will be hoping to carry that form into the tournament in Germany.

England secured their qualification in October already, after a significant victory over Italy at Wembley. The Three Lions are also unbeaten with one more match to play against Macedonia on Monday. With their star-studded team that includes the likes of Real Madrid star Jude Bellingham and Bundesliga top scorer Harry Kane, Gareth Southgate and his men will be heading into the competition with high expectations.

Ronaldo and his Portugal side have also had an enjoyable campaign, with the Al Nassr star scoring 10 goals in as many games to help his side finish top of Group J with a perfect run of results. A Selecao ended unbeaten, taking all 30 points available to them while scoring 36 goals and conceding just two.
