CAF have revealed the five pots for the qualifying phase of the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations, and Bafana Bafana have been seeded alongside the likes of Uganda and Zambia.
With two matches left to be played at AFCON 2019 in Egypt, Africa's football governing body has announced the five pots for the 2021 qualifying campaign.
Cameroon, who were stripped of the right to host the current edition of the African spectacle due to a lack of preparation, will host the 2021 instalment of the tournament, and were placed in Pot 1 alongside: Algeria, Burkina Faso, DR Congo, Egypt, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Mali, Morocco, Nigeria, Senegal and Tunisia.

The first three pots consist of 12 African nations each, while the remaining two consist of eight teams each. The 52 participating teams have been divided based on the latest FIFA rankings.Stuart Baxter's Bafana have been placed in Pot 2 alongside: Benin, Cape Verde, Congo, Gabon, Guinea, Kenya, Libya, Mauritania, Niger, Uganda and Zambia.
Khama Billiat's Zimbabwe side were placed in Pot 3, along with Afcon 2019 surprise package Madagascar.

Pot 3: Angola, Central Africa, Guinea-Bissau, Madagascar, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Sierra Leone, Sudan, Tanzania, Togo and Zimbabwe
Pot 4: Burundi, Botswana, Comoros, Ethiopia, Eswatini, Equatorial Guinea, Lesotho and Rwanda
Pot 5: Chad, Djibouti, Gambia, Liberia, Mauritius, Sao Tome E.P, Seychelles and South Sudan
