Bafana Bafana coach Stuart Baxter has named his starting line-up for the team's opening Africa Cup of Nations match against Ivory Coast at Al Salam Stadium in Cairo this afternoon.

The big surprise is in goal where goalkeeper Ronwen Williams starts ahead of Darren Keet. It was believed that Keet would be the number one at the competition, but Absa Premiership Goalkeeper of the Season Williams gets the nod to impress between the sticks.
Thamsanqa Mkhize, Thulani Hlatshwayo, Buhle Mkhwanazi and Sifiso Hlanti will be the back four in front of Williams.

Mamelodi Sundowns duo Themba Zwane and Lebohang Maboe get to start in midfield with Kamohelo Mokotjo and Dean Furman.
