The South African Football Association has explained why the kick-off time for their practice match against Ghana this Saturday has been changed.
Bafana are currently in Dubai for their final preparations ahead of the Africa Cup of Nations, which will kickoff in Egypt on June 21.
Stuart Baxter's men, who are in Group D with Ivory Coast, Morocco and Namibia, will take on Ghana in Dubai at 17h30 (15h30 South African time), due to the scorching weather conditions. Initially the match was going to be played at 15h00 (13h00 South African time), but Bafana assistant coach Molefi Ntseki met with the Ghanaian delegation and they agreed that the match should be played when it's cooler.
The temperatures in Dubai have risen to as high as 48 degrees, so both teams prefer to play the match at a later time.
Both teams have agreed that all players selected in their squads will have a run during the practice match, so they can make as many substitutions as they want.
