Zimbabwe superstar Khama Billiat has backed compatriot and former Kaizer Chiefs striker Knowledge Musona to rediscover his best form at the Africa Cup of Nations in Egypt.
The Warriors, who boast 13 players from the Absa Premiership in their Afcon squad, are yet to register their first victory at the African spectacle after securing one point from their opening two matches, against Egypt (1-0 defeat) and Uganda (1-1 draw).
Billiat, 28, who opened his Afcon 2019 account when he levelled the scoring for Zimbabwe in their stalemate with the Cranes, has been the focal point for most of the Warriors' attacks in the final third, often outperforming his more experienced strike partner Musona.

The former Mamelodi Sundowns star has now weighed on Musona's goalscoring woes at the tournament, which was notably characterised by his glaring miss against Uganda.

"He's our top striker, our top scorer," Billiat was quoted as telling media after the clash against Uganda, as per Soka25east.
"He has scored unbelievable goals and I remember the first game we played in the qualifiers for this tournament, when we played Liberia, he scored three goals, and he has scored many important goals for us.
"We can't even think he's not a good player for missing. It happens in football.
"I've missed so many chances myself that were more important and we need to support him. We need him more because we know he's the best player that we have and we're going to support him as much as we can."
Billiat will be hoping to guide Zimbabwe to victory in their final Group A encounter against DR Congo on Sunday at the 30 June Stadium.
