Midfielder Francisco Madinga is currently undergoing trials at Usuthu.
Madinga who is on the books of Botswana Premier League Jwaneng Galaxy, attracted interest from Orlando Pirates at the end of the 2022/23 season.

Before turning out for Galaxy, Madinga played for Georgian outfit Dila Gori FC prior to joining the Botswana side, Madinga almost signed for Premier Soccer League club TS Galaxy FC but ended up in Botswana when a deal could not materialise.
Madinga played as a left-back for Malawi in the Africa Cup of Nations that was hosted by Cameroon, performing well against the likes of Senegal and Morocco.
"There is a guy who was playing for Malawi during the AFCON, he is here, his name is Francisco Madinga," An insider tells KickOff.
"He is part of those who have come here for trials. Most times he plays as a winger.
"He's been here for three days now. It will depend on the coach if he is impressed or what.
"If you are one of those chosen to go and represent your country in Africa's biggest tournament like the AFCON then it means you are good."
