The former Bucs goalkeeper was in the technical area when Usuthu beat Royal AM by 2-0 in a KZN Premiers Cup clash in Durban on Saturday.
The Durban-based side also paraded new signing Celimphilo Ngema in Saturday's clash.
Meanwhile, striker Gabadihno Mhango has since been linked with a move to SuperSport United for the upcoming season.
Mhango remains unsettled at AmaZulu since joining the club last season from Orlando Pirates.
"There are two teams interested in Mhango, including SuperSport United.
"His future at AmaZulu will be decided in the next few days." a source close to the club said.
