Veteran striker Siphelele Mthembu has secured a move just weeks after confirming his desire to continue his playing career following his departure from DStv Premiership side AmaZulu.
Mthembu had been a free agent for the longest period of his professional career that has stretched 15 years after his contract at AmaZulu was not renewed at the end of June.

Mthembu trained with Richards Bay in August following the expiry of his contract at the end of June.
The 35-year-old spent two years at AmaZulu having joined after spells with Cape Town City, Free State Stars, Golden Arrows, Platinum Stars, and Bloemfontein Celtic through also playing for the two Soweto giants.
His signing by Motsepe Foundation Championship strugglers Pretoria Callies was confirmed by the club.
Mthembu is already training with Callies and will play for the club until the end of the season.
"I'm no longer at the age and energy I was when I started so I must now calculate my training session and how I maintain my body.
"I still have the legs to play and help some teams because I love football.
"I still want to enjoy football, maybe for another two years.
"For now, I still want to push and finish off this energy that I still have.
"I call it the last dance.
"There was a chance I could have left to play out of the country, but it didn't work out due to factors beyond my control.
"I'm a man of faith. I serve a living God and the Holy Spirit will never let me down.
"In football, they thought Shaka Zulu is finished but he rises again," said Mthembu recently prior to joining Callies.
