Bafana enjoyed an impressive 80% of possession against Andorra, making 14 attempts at goal, but just four found the target.
Meanwhile, the home side made four attempts at goal, with two of those troubling Goss.
Speaking at the post-match press conference, Broos revealed his dissatisfaction with his side's effort in front of goal.
"It showed again the problem in South African football that we don't really have a goal scorer, the guy who has, with one chance, scored a goal.
"If you see those six, seven chances we had tonight, and we only scored one,, so this game you will win if you are more aggressive. if you are (have) more quality in front of the goal, then you win this game.
"But gain, this is only a little thing of which I am not satisfied, but for the rest, there were a few guys that satisfied me a lot."
