Tau was fresh off clinching the CAF Champions League with Al Ahly on Sunday.

"Yesterday Percy arrived yesterday and we celebrated his victory in the [CAF Champion's League] final," Broos told SAFA media.

"He [Percy] knows also that what we saw from him in recent months in Bafana, was not his level, certainly not. I am very happy with what he has done in recent months with Al Ahly and I am looking forward to seeing him doing it with us.

What I know about Percy is that when he comes to the national team he wants to perform.Hugo Broos on Percy Tau

"A good Percy Tau is very important for Bafana Bafana. So, what I see now in the last few months is a standard player... he's always playing and he plays well.

Meanwhile Blom, who is also finding his feet in the MLS and gaining earning plenty of plaudits, was in action for St. Louis City on Sunday against LA Galaxy.

"This is a problem but you can't solve that problem. When you see Njabulo,[had] nearly two days of travel, you cant change that and it's a pity because its already Wednesday, Saturday is the game," Broos added.

"Okay today and tomorrow we have tactical training so okay he comes just in time but you can't ask from the boy to train for the whole session because he's just arrived with two of traveling in his body.

"So yes, that is a problem here in South Africa, with players coming from abroad. it is what it is but you can't solve that problem but it is a little bit annoying."

Kick-off is at 17:00.
