It has not taken Banyana Banyana striker Jermaine Seoposenwe long to find her footing at her new club in Mexico.
Jermaine Seoposenwe was announced as the latest signing for Mexican top-flight side FC Juarez Femenil on Tuesday evening. In her first match for her new club, the 28-year-old scored her first goal two minutes into her debut.
The attacker was snapped up by Juarez as a free agent after opting not to renew her contract with Portuguese side SC Braga.

Seoponsenwe's move comes off the back of winning the 2022 African Women's African Cup of Nations (AWCON) with Banyana Banyana. She scored two goals in the tournament and was a crucial figure in Desiree Ellis's side throughout the campaign.
She marked her 80th cap for Banyana Banyana with a goal against 2018 AWCON champions Nigeria, also ending a two-year absence from the national team.
She later put in a Woman of the Match performance and scored the sole against Tunisia in the quarter-finals of the continental showpiece to send Banyana to the semi-finals and secured a spot in the 2023 World Cup to be played in New Zealand and Australia.
The Cape Town-born forward has also had previous spells in the United States for Samford Bulldogs and Spain with Real Betis before a switch to Portugal, helping Braga clinch the 2021/22 Portuguese Women's Cup and contributing nine goals and seven assists in her last season.
