Percy Tau ready to face Sundowns in blockbuster CAF CL clash

The 28-year-old has since moved to Egypt with Al Ahly after spells in Belgium with Anderlecht during the 2020/21 season.

The Witbank-born striker missed a reunion with Sundowns in previous meetings between the Red Devils and Brazilians due to injury.

Meanwhile, midfielder Sipho Mbule could miss the CAF Champions League match between Mamelodi Sundowns and Al Ahly in Cairo on Saturday due to undisclosed reasons.

Mbule missed the last champions league match for Sundowns against Coton Sport in Cameroon last week.

"There are issues with Sipho Mbule. The club is currently handling the issue," said the source.

Mamelodi Sundowns are currently sitting on top of the CAF Champions' League Group B with 6 points after playing two games so far this season.
