Two PSL stars named in CAF Champions League Team of the Week

Both Mamelodi Sundowns and AmaZulu have a representative in the latest CAF Champions League Team of the Week after Masandawana's Brian Onyango and Usuthu's Luvuyo Memela were included in the star-studded XI.

Onyango cast an imposing figure in the heart of Masandawana's defence as the reigning DStv Premiership champions were held to a goalless draw by Sudanese outfit Al Merrikh in their Group A encounter on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Memela had a bigger impact for AmaZulu after he scored the club's first-ever goal in the competition (excluding preliminary rounds) to hand Benni McCarthy's side a famous 1-0 win over Guinean side, Horoya.
