They are top of the section ahead of the final round of fixtures against Al Ahly, one point ahead of the Egyptians, who have also qualified.
As such, the fixture in Cairo could labelled as a dead-rubber...
Not quite.
There is more to fight for, as finishing top comes with privileges.
Firstly, a team that wins the group has the advantage of coming up against a team that finished as runners-up in the quarter-finals.
Secondly, winning the group ensures that you play the second leg of the quarter-final tie at home, which is a significant advantage.
Bucs head coach Jose Riveiro says playing in Cairo having already qualified is an opportunity to showcase their quality.
"It's unbelievable to be already with one game in hand in the quarter-finals, from a group with Stade, Al Ahly, CRB, three fantastic clubs, and the way we did it is something to feel proud of," Riveiro said in his post-match press conference at Orlando Stadium.
"Now we have to play in Cairo one more game, we have to show a good picture of ourselves in that game, even though we're in the quarter-finals.

"It's an opportunity to be top of the table at the end of the group stage and that's the only thing in our minds going to Cairo, to perform, still play our football, improve, because having an opportunity to play against these teams, it's a luxury for us as a group," he added.
"Because it's pushing you to the limit, when you have the opportunity to play continental football, the background that these games are going to leave in our group is something you cannot pay, you cannot quantify."
Pirates' final group game against is scheduled for Saturday, with kick-off at 18:00.
