Former Zamalek star Ahmed Hassan claims that forward Wissam Abu Ali is set to be available for the second leg in Cairo.
"A source in Al Ahly... Wissam Abu Ali will be medically ready for the return match against Sundowns next Friday," Hassan posted on social media, as per Ysscores.
Abu Ali played no part of the first leg at Loftus Versfeld, but he did travel with the team to Pretoria and did participate in training.
The 26-year-old has been key performer in the Champions League this season, having registered four goals and one assist nine matches.
The second leg will take place on Friday at the Cairo International Stadium.
