The trio have all joined the squad and could be drafted straight into the starting line-up in tonight's clash which kicks off at 20h15 at Orlando Stadium.
Jele and Mahamutsa have recovered from knee and Achilles injuries respectively, while Erasmus passed a late fitness test from the hamstring strain that kept him out of their MTN 8 quarter-final loss against Ajax Cape Town in midweek.
Meanwhile, Tinkler has confirmed that Thabo Matlaba and Thamsanqa Gabuza are both still out with hamstring strains.
"Thabo Matlaba is still out unfortunately because the hamstring strain, and will be out for at least another week or so," says Tinkler.
"Gabuza is also still out, also with a hamstring strain, but he was a lot better. We assessed him on Friday morning and the pain was very mild, but we felt it better not to risk him.
"Happy Jele is back, which is a good thing, and Rooi Mahamutsa is also back. Kermit Erasmus is also back, so a few players have returned and hopefully we're getting over that [injury] plague that has been following us in recent weeks."
Tinkler is also expecting an attacking Sfaxien outfit and says if his team can defend as well as they did in Tunisia, they can get the desired win at home.
"I was very proud of the boys' performance there but now we need to do the job at home," he adds.
"They've got nothing to lose because they're sitting on one point, and they need to get three to survive in this competition.
"We're expecting them to come at us again, and we need to defend in the same manner that we did when we were there [in Sfax], but at the same time we need to look to go out and win the game."
Should they beat Sfaxien tonight and Zamalek gets the better of AC Leopards in the other Group B tie, Pirates will be all but guaranteed to qualify for the semi-finals with two group games to spare.
"If we can get the three points here, hopefully Zamalek can do us a favour [by beating Leopards at home], and then we qualify for the semis," concludes Tinkler.
