Congolese side Leopards eliminated Nigeria’s Warri Wolves 4-3 on aggregate, having lost the first leg 3-1.
Sfaxien from Morocco beat Ivory Coast’s ASEC 3-1, while Egyptian powerhouses Zamalek edged DR Congo side Sanga Balende 3-2.
Group A will consist of Esperance (Tunisia), Stade Malien (Mali), Al Ahly (Egypt) and ES Sahel (Tunisia).
