Mugerwa and Kyeyune have been invited to attend Pirates training after impresssing the club during their CAF Confederation Cup match against Uganda Revenue Authority.
The players – both 21-year-old midfielders – are set to arrive on Sunday, according to a source close to the deal.
“They both got their papers from the South African embassy today. They were supposed to travel tomorrow but are involved win the CHAN tournament with Uganda this weekend,” says the source.
“They will be arriving in South Africa on Sunday,” he adds.

Pirates currently have five foreigners on their books in the form of Issa Sarr, Tendai Ndoro, Felipe Ovono, Helder Pelembe and Mwape Musonda, although at least one of the latter two are likely to leave the club.
