Manyisa set up Myeni with a brilliantly timed, weighted, and positioned pass with the outside of his right boot to set up what was a cracker of a goal in the Buccaneers’ 4-1 (6-1 aggregate) win over their CAF Confederation Cup opponents from Guinea.

The midfielder, who is currently in camp with Bafana Bafana, says his instinctive pass with the outside of his boot was something he intended, and knew that Myeni would finish off the move.
“That pass was intentional, and it had goal written all over it from the moment I saw Myeni making the run,” Manyisa tells snl24.com/kickoff.
“We even [combine] like that at training.”

The 26-year-old is currently in camp ahead of the national team’s two fixtures against Gambia and Angola, and it looks likely that he will be going for yet another season without a pre-season break, but Manyisa says he’s happy to continue playing.
“I’m fine. I’m not tired. I’m happy to be playing football,” he adds.
