The Buccaneers depart on Friday afternoon for Libreville, Gabon for the first leg of their second-round clash on Sunday at 16h30.
Tinkler admits they are going into this game blind.
"It has been frustrating, because there is almost nothing out there on this team. All we know is that they won 4-0 at home and lost 3-0 away," Tinkler tells the Pirates website.

"Based on that game, all it tells me is that they are strong at home and poor away. So do I go in there looking to do well in Gabon knowing we will finish it at home? We don’t know much else.
"What is certain is that we have been in this situation before in the CAF Champions League, where we played teams we didn’t know in venues we had never seen and hostile conditions.
"We have to go in there prepared for a real battle but we are up for it, we have proved it before."
