Word reaching this publication is that Cape Town City are poised to sign a youngster from the ABC Motsepe League in Limpopo after he impressed the club during his trial.
The Citizens have offered a contract to Lefa Aphane after he did well enough to catch the eye of the club's technical team led by Eric Tinkler.

The 22-year-old midfielder spent more than two weeks in Cape Town after being scouted in Limpopo playing for Tzaneen United in the third tier of South African football.
'Toy', as he is affectionately known, will now join Sibusiso Ziba as new signings for the club next season, with Haashim Domingo also looking likely to put pen to paper after leaving Moroccan giants Raja Casablanca.
According to a source close to Tzaneen United, Aphane has been offered a 1-year contract with a 3-year option.
"There were other teams in the PSL that showed interest, including Polokwane City, but the offer from Cape Town City looked more attractive. He is expected to return to Cape Town at the end of June to rejoin the team for pre-season training," said a source.
Meanwhile, Cape Town City are expected to decide on defender Ebrahim Seedat after he spent time training with the side before their last DStv Premiership match against Mamelodi Sundowns in Pretoria on Saturday.
