Cape Town City chairman John Comitis admits that his club is waiting on former Kaizer Chiefs striker Khama Billiat to make a decision regarding his future.
Billiat trained with the Citizens recently in a bid to get a contract after leaving Chiefs as a free agent at the end of last season as he couldn't agree a new deal with them.

According to Comitis, the player is eyeing a move to the Middle East as previously reported by KickOff and are waiting on him before tabling an offer to sign him.
"I think he is still in the efforts to try and find something in the Middle East which would be rather lucrative for him.
"So, we are sitting aside and waiting for his response at this point and that's where we have left it," Comitis told Sports Night Amplified with Andile.
A former teammate of Billiat in Lebohang Manyama, who is now the assistant coach at City spoke to the Zimbabwean on his options as Comitis reiterates he would be keen to sign the 2016 CAF Champions League winner.
"Lebo Manyama had the conversation, but that's the content or conversation yes. Who wouldn't? As long as he is fit to play, but who wouldn't want him in his team? Comitis said.
Billiat's journey in South African football started in the 2010/11 season at the then Ajax Cape Town before Mamelodi Sundowns came calling in the 2013/14 campaign and once his contract ended, he joined Chiefs in 2018.
