Baartman's arrival on the big stage has caused huge interest among local football followers after his superb performance against Amakhosi.
Manousakis says there is still lots more to expect from the youngster but warns him to stay grounded.
"Luke was very proud of him. I have seen in the three and half weeks been with the club what he can do, and his performance yesterday was no surprise. I have seen once as I arrived and watched him DDC games.
"To be fair, the Technical Director brought him to one of the first team sessions and we got a player here. I am proud of him, first goal for the club last night.
"He made an impact in the second half. Very proud of him, brought future ahead of him, he is predictor, striker in the box know where goals are, clinical finish last night finish with power and precise," says Manousakis.
"It's clear there is a special player in amongst us. It's been difficult because he is still at school, he needs to juggle that, and every time we take him out of school, he has to catch up.
"He has got exams coming up, that's important for us as playing and getting him integrated into the first team, but education is as important as other elements.
"So excited about him and what the future may hold for him, but if he continues what is doing, the future will shape itself the way it is supposed to be," Manousakis added.
Cape Town Spurs are set to take on Richards Bay in their next DStv premiership match in Durban on Sunday.
