Chippa United have announced the signing of Luvuyo Memela following the midfielder's departure from DStv Premiership rivals Richards Bay.
The 33-year-old attacking midfielder becomes the third high-profile signing by the Chilli Boys, following the accusations of Pirates' Craig Martin, Augustine Mulenga.

Memela became a free agent after parting ways with The Natal Rich Boyz after just season. The move to Chippa is a return top a club where he made his name before moves to AmaZulu and Orlando Pirates.

Meanwhile, The Gqeberha-based side is looking to bunce back from an underwhelming campaign that saw them finish 14th on the DStv Premiership with 30 points, just one more than relegated Marumo Gallants.
Former coach Morgan Mammila has also returned to Chippa where he will be aiming to build a competitive side.
