Chippa United head coach Morgan Mammila has shared the secret behind Chippa United's unexpected success since taking over the coaching reins.
Mammila is currently in charge of the Chilli Boys on an interim basis as the search for a permanent head coach continues.
"I'm the club's manager, I belong in the management, but now I'm coaching because the team do not have a permanent coach," Mammila tells KickOff.

"I'm trying to give my all with the little knowledge that I have. It's just that you guys don't know me that much, I have won it all.
"I have won the league from a Castle League level, I have won the Vodacom League, I have won the NFD, I have won a cup in the PSL.
"What more can you ask for? Even some coaches haven't achieved what I've achieved when it comes to winning from the grassroots.
"So, I didn't start up there, I started from the grassroots level.
"As a rural boy myself, I understand these players. I know where they come from.
"I know the disadvantages they grew up with. I know both their strong points and weak points.
"The wish for the chairman (Chippa Mpengesi) is for this team to play in the MTN8.
"For a team to play in the MTN8 it means they must qualify, and qualification is simple. Just be in the top eight by the end of the season.
"That's what we are working on at the moment. The thing is I know the mentality of these players and I'm using them according to their strong points.
"We were dominating in our last two matches, and once you dominate in a match chance of winning becomes very high.
"But if you don't dominate you will win by luck."
