Chippa United's coach Morgan Mammila is still not the long-term solution for the club despite the roll of the dice having brilliantly stuck to his side to date.
Three games and three wins including the latest victory against Kaizer Chiefs have left Mammila as the centre of attention in domestic after effortlessly walking into the dressing room from his general manager duties.
"This guy (Mammila) has come in for three games and has been riding on his luck," veteran coach Walter Rautmann tells KickOff.

Rautmann coached on the domestic scene for periods stretching over 30 years at various clubs who regularly flirted with relegation amongst them Black Leopards, AmaZulu, Moroka Swallows, Bloemfontein Celtic, Real Rovers, Dynamos, and Rabali Black Blackpool.
"Credit to him for the wins but let us hope Chippa (Siviwe Mpengesi) is not being blinded into thinking that this guy is the long-term solution.
"He has only brought in a different spirit into the team and taken advantage of what he has noticed has been the downfall of all coaches before him at the club.
"I think he just took over when the team was in disarray and made use of that he knows the players.
"Don't forget that Chippa is a club that is used to firing coaches and so this guy has done enough observation to take advantage of the environment at the club.
"I think the players at Chippa would have still won against Chiefs without a coach because that game was given to them on a silver platter.
"I don't think we should be blinded into thinking that this guy is a top coach when he is merely lucky in the meantime.
"This has been just three games and I'm sure it could have been anyone else with this luck," says Rautmann.
"It is nonsense to think that he is a great coach based on these three games.
"I think the guy should still be a manager and help the team from that space instead of being a coach.
"Chippa still needs a top professional coach in the long term.
"This guy is not a long-term solution.
"What if they lose the next three games?
"Does he suddenly become useless and be someone who should be fired like all other coaches before him?
"This guy can't be thought of as a Messiah when he is not a qualified coach.
"He is just taking chances and for now it is working.
"If we are going to celebrate this guy as being the Alpha and Omega of coaching then anyone can walk in from the streets and coach.
"Some clubs will now be thinking 'why do we need a coach when anyone can just coach the team'.
"Let us not denigrate the profession of coaching into a Mickey Mouse space because we will ultimately not move anywhere in the game," rants Rautmann.
