'Tso' is currently on a scouting mission in the Raga Bolo Championships, which allows 'Kasi' footballers to showcase their talent right where they are most comfortable – in the streets.
The 5-a-side tournament aims to provide a platform for township team to enter into football duels with another across numerous parts of the country, by simply registering at a local tavern.
The 2017 edition is set to kick-off this month, with the likes of Tso Vilakazi, Pollen Dlanya, Stanton Fredericks, Thabo Mngomeni and Sibusiso Zuma all playing an active role in getting the communities involved.
"Raga Bolo is promoting street football in the townships," 'Tso' explains to snl24.com/kickoff. "Players in the townships don't always have scouts coming to watch them, so Smirnoff are giving an opportunity to players to showcase their talent by playing under certain taverns.
"My role as an ambassador for Raga Bolo is to encourage these guys and advise them to stay off the streets, because not all of us make it to professional level but there are other opportunities that you might find.
"For example, five-a-side fooball [commonly known as Futsal] has become a whole new sport on it's own, and that could become a career for many of these boys."
