Mjembu, who is now coaching ABC Motsepe outfit Bayern Munich, has been robbed of his valuable items including a Television and cell phone, all while he was away in Mpumalanga yesterday.
The house robbery incident has left the Mjembu family traumatized after the nanny was also hit with a gun by the criminals and later locked in a toilet before making away with the valuable items in the house.
Lizo Mjembu has confirmed the house robbery incident at his place in Roodepoort yesterday and added that their nanny was safe after the incident.
"Yes, they took all my medals, which includes the league title medal, Telkom medal, the MTN medal which I won whilst still at Pirates.
"They also took a watch that I got when I was still at Ajax Cape Town when we went to play in Holland.
"Luckily my kids were at school and my wife was at work. They locked the nanny in the toilet before going away with the items. They were driving a white Golf 7," he added.
