With Orlando Pirates confirming the contract extension of their captain Happy Jele, we take a look at how the supporters reacted to the news.
What Happened?
After months of speculation about Jele's future, the Buccaneers have finally squashed rumours by announcing that they will be keeping the defender and that he will lead the team into the 2021/22 season.
With every contract extension, there will be fans who are upset and supporters who are delighted and Magents announcement was no different.

Jele extends?
The 34-year-old has agreed to a two-year-old which will leave him at the tender age of 36 when his contract expires. The centre-back joined the Soweto giants in 2006 and could end up spending 17 years at the club – an accolade that very few can say they've achieved.
The upcoming 2021/22 campaign will see the veteran have the opportunity to reach a milestone of 400 appearances for the club - something that no other Pirates player has achieved in the Premier Soccer League era.
Here's what the captain had to say, "I am happy to have signed a new contract, as a player I believe I still have a lot more to give and achieve with this Club."
What has he achieved in 15 years?
Jele has won eight major trophies with the Houghton-based side including two PSL titles, three MTN8 trophies, two Nedbank Cups and the Telkom Knockout.
He played a massive role in the Pirates team that made history by winning three major trophies in a single season back to back between 2010 and 2012.
