Fak'imali Uzobona FC have started with their training as they look to affiliate with the LFA in Daveyton.
This website revealed last month that Khanye is now the chairman of his own club and has set up base in eTwatwa.
After holding several trials trying to identify raw talent from his kasi of Daveyton, Khanye's project has finally kicked off.
Rather than a field of lush, green grass, the team trains on gravel for the time being.

"Ja first of all since, well you can see, we managed to assemble players, we play obhuqwini [gravel ground] for now," Khanye tells snl24.com/kickoff.
"The aim is to register them with one of the leagues here ekasi, but going forward is to get a status. This is a community club bro, I'm giving back to the community but it's going to be a feeder team of the under-18 academy of Junior Khanye.
"Our first game was against Stars of Africa Academy, we will be moving to the lawn soon. There is a potential of us training on grass soon. I have spoken to a few people. We are bringing back Daveyton into the picture trying to remind people that this place is like Brazil.
"After every training session, we emphasize to the boys that they must take their careers very seriously. Our first game last week we were beaten 6-3 by Farouk Khan's team. I bought a new jersey, my brother, I bought new balls, transport is me, Junior Khanye.
"I will continue investing whatever I have until the right people who understand this is a longer-period vision come on board."
