Mamelodi Sundowns coach Rhulani Mokwena's harsh advice to local team

A funny video of Mamelodi Sundowns co-coach Rulani Mokwena giving a local side one harsh team talk has gone viral. Check it out!

What happened

The young manager is known for being a student of the game while barking out instructions from the touchline. The co-coach is also believed to be a tireless worker behind the scenes and sometimes lets off some steam by going to local football matches to encourage the players.

When the former Bucs coach is not at the local games and not busy coaching at the Brazilians, the 43-year-old enjoys punditry on Supersport where he shows off his in-depth football analysis and commentary.

What did he say?

Mokwena is no shy figure in lending his pearls of wisdom and did not mince his words in the viral video.  He said, "You supposed to put this ball in the box, you don't watch football. The game is here so if you make stupid decisions, you look like a stupid player."

He continues to add, "Even if you have the talent, the brain is not working, you are not thinking."

Those words might be harsh but that direct approach is why the manager has made it as far as he has.

Another Mokwena viral moment

In a clip that went viral two weeks ago, he was seen scrambling for balance as his chair fell backward in their opening league match against title challengers AmaZulu.

This coach showed he has a sense of humour when he responded to the meme by tweeting, "I wish I didn't love this game so much."
